Benedita Aparecida Alves, SABESP employee: “Used cooking oil is the main cause of pollution in streams, rivers and our collection network, as it pollutes, clogs and will only cause problems. So, my tip today is that you can recycle used cooking oil and make soap out of it. You can use and/or sell it to neighbors and friends. Besides generating income, you are preserving and protecting the environment.”
